This eye-catching jacket is made from a deconstructed linen dress, a linen tunic, a mixed fibre cushion cover, a cotton table cloth and a cotton blouse. So it is 100% recycled! I needed lining to cover the many patchwork seams – and lining is where true upcycling doesn’t really work because a larger quantity of fabric is necessary, or a specific colour or pattern. Sometimes I am able to find larger fabric remnants or deadstock fabric, but in this case I decided to use new Javanaise viscose. The jacket has two side seam pockets and six vintage buttons.
Available in size XL or 18, intended as a loose fit. Garment length 92cm, sleeve length 63cm.

Care instructions: hand wash only, at low temperature. Drip dry or spin briefly at slow speed. Iron with care.
