Payments, shipping, returns
Payments can be made using credit or debit cards, REDS gift cards, or through PayPal.
Shipping costs within the UK: free with orders over £100. For orders under £100 a flat rate of £5.00 is applied. We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. Most orders are sent out by Royal Mail 1st class. Large items like paintings will be shipped via courier. Once your order is completed you will receive confirmation and shipping notifications by email.
Shipping to countries outside the UK: a flat rate of £11.00 is applied. Please be aware that depending on the destination country and the value of your purchase you may incur added costs like taxes, customs duty and customs handling fees. These additional costs are the responsibility of you, the buyer.
Returns: we hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind please let us know immediately by email to hello@corneliaweinmanndesign.com. You can return any unworn/unused item in the original packaging for a refund, within 21 days of dispatch. Please note that we only refund the cost of the item and that return postage will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Due to its bespoke nature all commission work is non returnable and non refundable.
