I made the facings of this linen jacket from a skirt bought in a second hand shop in the Stockbridge area of Edinburgh. The fern pattern on a vibrant pink background explains the name of the jacket. The appliques on the back and above one of the pockets play with the idea of plants growing in a jungle.
Available in sand grey. The base garment is made from 100% medium weight linen. Two pockets, one button. The applique detailing is made from recycled fabrics.
Available in one size, XL, intended as a loose fit. Garment width 65cm, length 93cm, sleeve length 60cm.
Care instructions: hand wash only, at low temperature. Drip dry or spin briefly at slow speed. Iron on reverse while still slightly damp. Dry cleaning is also an option.
