Polka Dots vase stand

Legs and bottom shelf of this small vase or plant stand are elegantly shaped, and a previous owner saw the need to raise the top shelf with a big circular layer of wood. Which gave me the idea to decorate the stand with round faded polka dots. The painted surface is varnished and waxed for extra protection.
