Christmas market in Dundee

My first winter market this year is Urban Market Dundee at the Keiller Centre on Sat, 16 Nov, 11:00-17:00. In the company of excellent local designers I’ll present my colourful handmade linen garments embellished with repurposed fabric and embroidery – a contribution to slow fashion. New collage techniques

Perthshire Open Studios 2019 is over. Back to trying out new techniques: the next upcycling challenge is to combine collaged fabric appliqué with erratic stitching on water soluble stabiliser – ‘open’ panels will be more difficult to attach to a garment. Let’s see how it works!
